Literacy One
Connecting tomorrow through the new language of digital and AI literacy.

Literacy One focuses on two things: hands-on digital and AI literacy education for adults and seniors,
and training the instructors who deliver it.
Our instructor-training program runs a structured 17-week curriculum — Smartphone Literacy, AI Utilization, and Advanced Teaching Practicum — built from real classroom experience across Seoul and Gyeonggi.

Founder & Research Team
Literacy One's programs are developed around our founder, who researches and teaches digital and AI literacy for adult and senior learners, and holds certifications including Google Certified Educator, Google Gemini Faculty, and AI Utilization Instructor.
The founder works alongside a small research team, including a collaborator with a nursing background focused on senior-learner content design, and a mechanical engineering researcher with applied-AI experience — including developing AI-based diagnostic models using diverse real-world datasets — providing guidance on emerging AI trends and technical accuracy.

Curriculum and Approach

Our curriculum is built on Google Certified Educator and Google Gemini Faculty credentials, grounded in the UNESCO AI Competency Framework. Rather than focusing only on prompt inputs, we take a creation-based approach — learners leave with tangible outputs such as AI-generated music, visual media, video albums, and digital posters. We test and refine the curriculum directly with working teachers, seniors, and trainee instructors, incorporating feedback from the field.

대표는 소규모 연구팀과 함께 협업하고 있으며, 간호학 전공 배경의 협력 연구원이 시니어 학습자 중심 콘텐츠 설계를 지원하고,
다양한 데이터를 활용한 AI 진단 모델 개발 등 AI 응용 경험을 갖춘 연구원이 최신 AI 기술 동향과 기술적 자문을 제공합니다.

프롬프트 입력법 안내에 그치지 않고, 학습자가 AI 음원·비주얼 미디어·영상 앨범·디지털 포스터 등 직접 만든 결과물을 남기는 창작 중심 방식으로 진행합니다.
성인, 시니어, 예비 강사를 대상으로 커리큘럼을 직접 적용하며 현장 피드백을 반영해 지속적으로 다듬어가고 있습니다.
